Dana Rohlfs

I was born and raised in Mexico City up until 2014 when I moved to the United States with my mother and brother. I‘ve always had a major interest in music and performing but It was not an easy career path to follow while working and taking care of adult responsibilities. I worked as a barista and bank teller for a couple of years after graduating but I still felt lost and I didn’t really know how to make music, or myself, a priority. That’s when I found out about Coach Creatress.



I saw my aunt go through Spiritual life coaching training and I felt curious. She was really the one who inspired me to do this work with Creatress so I could find myself with a more clear point of view.



I am definitely on a more clear path. I’ve learned how important it is to allow myself to feel and forgive so that I can have a more connected life. I’ve become very observant of myself and others’ actions and I’ve stopped blaming others for my actions and results. I’ve learned to observe when certain actions arise such as procrastination.



I like that we always start our sessions on a good note, doing some catching up and meditating. I like that I am able to send Coach Creatress updates in between sessions and that she’s always cheering me on whenever I accomplish something. Creatress also gives me different perspectives on situations whenever I share stories with her. I like that we have our session at the same time each week, makes it consistent.



I usually tell people this course is a mix between therapy and spirituality. It could truly help anyone. I recommend Coach Creatress’s services to anyone who wants to connect with themselves and find peace within, anyone struggling with family situations, financial or love. REMEMBER: YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK. Coach Creatress will not BS you. She will be there to guide and support you and your journey but the real work comes from each individual!
